You know that thing they say about saving money by freezing your credit card in ice so you'll think about whether you really want the item while the ice melts?
Two things: what if you just melt the ice in the microwave and what if you are online shopping and just read the number through the frozen water? Not to mention memorizing the number. I'm just saying.
